Journaling is an excellent self care practice. I consider it to be a form of meditation. Taking time to therapeutically write whatever is in your heart space. Spilling your feelings out on the page truly just for you. Not worrying about writing the perfect sentence, but instead just letting whatever comes up just flow onto the page. Journaling is for you and you only, unless you choose to share what you have written with someone else. I challenge you to journal for the 28 days of February. Once a day for the entire month month. Not sure how to start writing? Well don’t worry because I have created a list of 28 journal prompts to help you write each day. Tune into yourself and get to know yourself better. Happy Journaling!
