Bailey began her yoga journey in 2013. She went to her first Vinyasa styled yoga class in Hampstead, NH and fell in love. Bailey is very energetic and outgoing but found that for her, yoga was grounding. Having this foundation and that feeling of being able to let go was something that stuck with her. Once Bailey started school at the University of New Hampshire she spent a lot of her practice in different local studios. Once she graduated from UNH she finally had the opportunity to take her teacher training at Prasada Yoga Center in North Hampton, NH. Here Bailey received her RYT 200 instructor certification in Vinyasa yoga with an emphasis on form and alignment; pranayama and meditation techniques, registered through Yoga Alliance. Through this certification, Bailey has realized that there is so much more than the asanas (postures) to yoga and she is continually looking to learn more. She understands that yoga is so unique and individual to each person and she hopes to give this to each student in her class.
