Lindsay Pelletier

Meet Lindsay!

Lindsay has been dancing since the age of five. She grew up dancing competitively in New England on both the regional and national level. Throughout her years of competitive dancing, she received various regional and national accolades including the title of National Miss Dance USA. She was also a recipient of Dance Spirit Magazine’s “future star” award and was featured in Dance Spirit Magazine. Lindsay has trained with various teachers and companies such as Boston Ballet, New York City Dance Alliance, Travis Wall, Tabitha and Napoleon D’umo, Marina Ortega and Oscar Hernandez.

After graduating high school Lindsay attended the University of New Hampshire. She received her Masters in Education, a minor in Dance, and was in the dance company for four years. During her time at UNH Lindsay also studied Aerial dance and performed on the fabric, trapeze and lyra. After college Lindsay became a member of the Boston Celtics Dance Team. She was on the team for 5 years and was the captain for 2. During her time on the Celtics she got to perform in Spain, Milan, Vegas, and at hundreds of home games and NBA finals. Lindsay also attended Pro-Action Dance for 3 years alongside hundreds of NBA, NFL and collegiate dancers. Her very last performance as a Celtics Dancer was as a backup dancer for New Kids on the Block.

Most recently Lindsay has been teaching dance and judging for Elite Dance Challenge! She has judged various regional and national events. Lindsay has also had the privilege to choreograph for EDC’s National Dance Teams and master classes! Lindsay has been teaching dance for over 20 years and is thrilled to now be teaching Pro Class at TVP. Lindsay loves that she is still able to choreograph and dance at the “pro” level with other passionate and vibrant dancers. When she is not dancing or teaching dance, you can find her in her classroom as a 3rd grade teacher.
