Barre

TVP Barre is our signature class at the barre that will reshape and sculpt your body. This barre class is comprised of interval training and isometric exercises incorporating hand weights, mat work, resistance bands, fushion balls and the barre to tone and shape your body. This class brings positive energy into your workout making it a fun part of your day!

What to bring:

  • Yoga mat
  • Water (stay hydrated!)

What to wear: 

  • Comfortable (and cute!) workout attire
  • Footwear: barre socks, or your bare feet

 

Cardio Barre

Cardio Barre is like our traditional barre class with additional cardio blasts to increase your heartrate. This class will take place at the barre and it will help strengthen your body and build your endurance. This barre class is comprised of interval training and isometric exercises incorporating hand weights, mat work, resistance bands, fushion balls and the barre to tone and shape your body. This class brings positive energy into your workout making it a fun part of your day! Let’s sweat and smile together!

What to bring:

  • Yoga mat
  • Water (stay hydrated!)

What to wear:

  • Comfortable (and cute!) workout attire
  • Footwear: barre socks, or your bare feet

Barre 45

Barre 45 is and express class at the barre that will reshape and sculpt your body. Dance Cardio Party

This is a 45 minute cardio class. Cardio Dance will keep your heart rate up the entire time while you burn those calories! This class will be fast paced as you move through different full body dance moves.  This class is so fun it won’t even feel like a workout! You will fall in love with dance cardio exercising. No prior dance training is necessary.  Best part? We dance with Pom poms!! (except not currently due to COVID-19 so bring your own poms if you would like!) You get to channel your inner cheerleader!

Yoga Flow

The word Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement” and is a practice where postures are connected through the breath for a transforming and balancing effect.  This class will build endurance and flexibility while you evolve through the flow of movement. It will leave you feeling energized, stretched and balanced!

What to bring:

  • Yoga mat
  • Water (stay hydrated!)

What to wear: 

  • Comfortable (and cute!) workout attire
  • Footwear: bare feet

 

Gentle Yoga 

Gentle yoga is a slower class flow designed to help you unwind and relax. In this class, you will practice longer holds allowing your muscles to deeply relax.  This class is a good complement to more active practices and an excellent remedy to reducing stress. This class is a step above a Restorative Yoga class and a step below a regular Yoga flow class. Expect to flow and move in a gentle and slow way.  Leave this class feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

What to bring:

  • Yoga mat
  • Any yoga props as we are limiting our shared props in class during this time due to COVID-19
  • Water (stay hydrated!)

What to wear: 

  • Comfortable (and cute!) workout attire
  • Footwear: bare feet

 

Yoga Strength & Restore

The first part of class will include a vinyasa flow that also incorporates hand weights and exercises similar to those that you see in Barre and Power Yoga.  The second part of class is a restorative portion where you will unwind and relax.  The best part about this class is that you feel like you truly earn your restorative practice at the end.  It will leave you feeling accomplished, relaxed and calm by the end of class!

  • Comfortable (and cute!) workout attire

Power Yoga

Power Yoga is a class that combines yoga with hiit and barre elements. It incorporates hand weights and high-intensity bursts of cardio for a challenging and unique yoga class.

What to bring:

  • Yoga mat
  • Any yoga props as we are limiting our shared props in class during this time due to COVID-19
  • Water (stay hydrated!)

Restorative Yoga

Not currently on our schedule due to COVID-19  and significant prop use, but hopefully coming back soon!

Restorative yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. In this class, you will practice long holds allowing your muscled to deeply relax and heal.  This class is a good complement to more active practices and an excellent remedy to reducing stress. Leave this class feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Pro Class

Our Pro Class is all about getting a full-body cardio workout in while having the time of your life shaking your booty to flirty jazz and sexy hip hop choreography. If you are a dancer who has had to hang up your shoes (or poms), but still longs to dance to feed your passionate soul, this is a class for you! Our Pro Class is inspired by NFL Cheerleader & NBA Dancer styled choreography. This class is a great way for you to prep for a professional or college dance audition. This is a weekly class that you can drop into whenever you like. New choreography is taught every week to some of your favorite songs. Come break a move and break a sweat with us!

  • Great class for those interested in auditioning for a professional NFL or NBA dance team.
  • Fun way to break a sweat and burn some calories without even thinking about it!
  • Great for a night out with the girls.
  • Perfect for those who miss dancing and want to keep dance a part of their life
  • Prior dance training recommended

What to Bring:

  • Lots of water!
  • Tons of sassiness

What to Wear:

  • Cute, fun, workout attire
  • Footwear: Sneakers, sometimes heels  but will be specified on instagram  beforehand

 

Contemporary

Contemporary dance is a style of expressive dance that combines elements from modern, jazz, lyrical and classical ballet. In this class, you will strive to connect the mind and the body through fluid dance movements. This class allows you to express your soul and different emotions through movement. Contemporary is commonly seen on So You Think You Can Dance! This style uses unique softer music (think Ben Howard or Lana Del Rey).

  • Great for a night out with your friends!
  • Perfect for those who miss dancing and want to keep dance a part of their life
  • Prior dance training recommended

What to bring:

  • Water (stay hydrated!)

What to wear:

  • Comfortable and cute workout attire
  • Footwear: Bare feet, foot undeez, socks

Heels Class

This is a pop up class which means it is not regularly on our schedule. Heels class is a super fun and sassy dance class. It will provide a dance experience to help dancers take their current jazz, and hip-hop technique and teach them how to do it all in heels!  It’s a perfect class to take with your girl squad. You will have a blast and break a sweat at the same time! This class is pop-up style, so when you see it on the schedule be sure to take advantage! 

What to bring:

  • Water (stay hydrated!)

What to Wear:

  • Comfortable and cute workout attire
  • Footwear: Jazz shoes or sneakers, and your favorite heeled shoes!
