Annalise Nett

Meet Annalise

Annalise’s childhood consisted of about 10 years of hip-hop classes and figure skating lessons. In 2012, she was diagnosed with severe scoliosis, which led her to start physical therapy and moving her body. She started taking group fitness classes (Barre, Pilates, TRX, Cardio Dance and Zumba) in 2015 and fell in love with being a student. In 2019, Annalise started teaching Zumba. In 2020, she began studying personal training through NASM, adding more certifications since then. After years of struggling with social anxiety and being unable to do school presentations, she never expected to become a leader.

Annalise’s love for fitness grew immensely once she discovered the weight room in her high school gym, and ever since then her fitness journey has flourished.

Aside from her fitness background, Annalise has a BA in Psychology, certified PN1-SSRC, and is working on becoming a PN1-NC. Her dream career since middle school has been a LMHC. She loves being there for people and giving them advice, as well as psychoanalyzing. The way the brain works has always been fascinating to her, and mind and body go hand-in-hand! Fitness is Annalise’s outlet for any stress and chronic pain in her life, and she hopes to provide a welcoming and fun environment for it to become your outlet as well!
