Meet Fallon OConnor!
Fallon grew up in Medford, Massachusetts, and moved to Kingston, NH when she and her husband bought their first home in 2018. Fallon has practiced yoga off and on for most of her adult life, but got very serious about her practice in 2015. When she realized she was taking classes sometimes twice daily, Fallon decided to commit to becoming a Certified Yoga Teacher. She completed her Yoga Alliance 200 Hour CYT in 2018 through CorePower Yoga in Cambridge, as well as their Extensions Program and Yoga Sculpt Teacher Training. Fallon was first drawn to the physical aspect of yoga, but fell in love with the grounding effect and emotional benefits. She believes that yoga is for everyone, it’s just a matter of finding the right style of yoga and place to practice! Fallon loves sharing her passion for yoga and wellness, and is inspired by her students’ commitments to practice!
