Jenna DelloRusso

Meet Jenna!

Jenna has had an active lifestyle for as long as she can remember. She grew up playing soccer, basketball, and lacrosse. Jenna was introduced to barre just after graduating from Southern New Hampshire University with her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. She quickly started taking classes all the time and eventually decided to combine her love of fitness and education and got her instructor certification in 2017.

In 2019, Jenna moved to Derry, NH where she came across The Vitality Place where she has been able to share her love for fitness. Jenna enjoys choreographing classes to challenge and support her clients. She enjoys encouraging her clients to step out of their comfort zones and loves playing a part in helping people achieve their goals.

Jenna is currently getting her Master’s Degree in Social Emotional Learning. Jenna loves learning about health and nutrition and hopes to someday take courses revolving around that!

The feeling of accomplishment and strength after I finish. It can be hard to find the motivation at times, but I know that I always feel great afterwards. Exercise, even if it’s just going for a walk, helps me clear my head. I know that when I workout, I’m doing something good for myself and I feel proud every time I do.

Favorite thing about TVP?

My favorite thing about TVP is the community. Everyone is so welcoming and the environment is encouraging and positive. I have made friendships with instructors and clients alike. It really is like a family there. I also love the variety of classes that are offered. There is something for everyone!
