Breakfast!! You will never find me skipping breakfast!

Both! I LOVE espresso and herbal teas

Favorite Book?
I am actually very bad at reading. I have never finished a book I started reading unless it was for school. This is a habit I have always tried to break but have yet to.

Podcast you’re listening to?
On long car rides I put on “Armchair Expert with Dax Shepard.” The episodes are usually 2 hours or more but he has really interesting interviews with so many different people!

Favorite music artist?
I’m obsessed with The Lumineers (you definitely know this if you have taken a contemporary dance class with me).

Favorite thing to do on the weekend?
SLEEP IN! Spend time with friends

What motivates you to workout?
I love feeling confident and strong. I am goal oriented so I like being able to set fitness goals and achieve them. I am also very short so I love seeing people’s surprised faces when they see that I can actually lift or do a lot of pushups (LOL).
