Our Studio
The Vitality Place is located at 418 Island Pond Rd Derry, NH. We have 4 spacious and beautifully designed boutique studios. Our rooms are intended to bring a bright, positive, and relaxing vibe to our classes. We want our space to feel like home for our clients and become a place you fall in love with.
Our Team
Our instructors are highly qualified and experienced in dance and fitness, including several current and former professional NFL cheerleaders.
We train you in dance to prepare you for future auditions for college teams, NFL Cheerleading teams, NBA dance teams, Disney, cruise ships, backup dancers, and more! We want you to follow your dreams and passions because we know nothing is out of reach when you are willing to put in the work!
