Restorative Yoga is the practice of asanas (poses), each held for longer than in conventional classes.  Typically there are between 5 and 7 poses done in a regular restorative yoga class.  Each is held anywhere between 3 and 10 minutes, sometimes even longer depending on how long the class is and how many poses are included.  Restorative poses are often done with the support of props such as folded blankets, bolsters, the wall, etc. in order to relax the body.  This restorative practice will use just the wall.  There are 7 poses to this practice.
